Shipping policy
At this time, purchases are shipped on a weekly basis using UPS for couriered items and Royal Mail services for standard postage. I aim to dispatch all orders on a Tuesday, using 2nd Class mail.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the item received, please notify me within 14 days, and return the item for a refund. You will be responsible for paying return postage costs, and remain responsible for the item until it is delivered. As such, it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service which includes compensation for lost items.
