Currently purchases aim to be dispatched next day, where ever possible they will be dispatched same day.
most products are shipped via royal mail 2nd class, where this is not possible due to size and weight these will be shipped via hermes 2-3 day service.
i will only offer free delivery to uk mainland, should you require delivery outwith this area please contact me for a shipping quote.
Refund policy
if you are not satisfied with your producty please contact me in the first instance within 14 days for a refund, the item must be unopened and undamaged. and you will be responsible for paying the return postage. the product remains your responsibility until i have recieved it, no compensation will be offered for lost items.
